Amendment of the name of Tookiyo Trading (Pty) Limited to Tayo Pay (Pty) Limited as an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

The name of Tookiyo Trading (Pty) Limited, a Category three Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority (ADLA), has been changed to Tayo Pay (Pty) Limited with immediate effect. It follows, therefore, that the name of Tookiyo Trading (Pty) Limited will be removed and be replaced with Tayo Pay (Pty) Limited in the list of ADLAs in sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority and the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Manuals), respectively, as well as the guideline documents for business entities and individuals (guideline documents).

The relevant Government Notice is attached hereto and the amended Manuals and guideline documents may be accessed on the South African Reserve Bank’s website, www.resbank.co.za, by following the path: Home > What we do > Financial Surveillance > Financial Surveillance documents.
