Appointment of Border Forex (Pty) Limited as an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

Border Forex (Pty) Limited (Border Forex) has been appointed as a Category Two Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority.

The name of Border Forex will be added to sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority and the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Manuals), respectively, as well as the guideline documents for business entities and individuals (guideline documents).

The relevant Government Notice is attached hereto and the above-mentioned manuals and guidelines may be accessed on the South African Reserve Bank’s website, www.resbank.co.za, by following the path: Home > What we do > Financial Surveillance > Financial Surveillance documents.
