Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange (Authorised Dealers) and Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority (ADLAs) are notified of the name change of Tourvest Financial Services (Pty) Limited trading as American Express Foreign Exchange Services (Tourvest) with effect from 2019-06-30.

In view of the abovementioned name change, the name of Tourvest has been amended to Tourvest Financial Services (Pty) Limited in sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority and Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Manuals) respectively, as well as in the guideline documents for business entities and individuals.
