Amendment of the name of Travelex Africa Foreign Exchange (Pty) Limited to Travel Forex (Pty) Limited as an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

The name of Travelex Africa Foreign Exchange (Pty) Limited, a Category Two Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority (ADLA), has been changed to Travel Forex (Pty) Limited with immediate effect. It, therefore, follows that the name of Travelex Africa Foreign Exchange (Pty) Limited will be removed and be replaced with Travel Forex (Pty) Limited in the list of ADLAs in sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority and the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Manuals) respectively, as well as the guideline documents for business entities and individuals (guideline documents).

The relevant Government Notice is attached hereto and the above-mentioned Manuals and guideline documents may be accessed on the South African Reserve Bank’s website, www.resbank.co.za, by following the path: Home > What we do > Financial Surveillance > Financial Surveillance documents.
