Securities Control – Authorised Dealer branches appointed as Authorised Banks

The following amendments to the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Authorised Dealer Manual) are outlined:

The name ‘Global Markets – Port Elizabeth’ has been deleted from section G.(A)(iii)(k) of the Authorised Dealer Manual under the heading of The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited.

Furthermore, the names of the following branches under the heading of The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited have been amended as follows:

  • Global Markets, Johannesburg has been renamed CIB Operations, Johannesburg;
  • Global Markets, Cape Town has been renamed CIB Operations, Cape Town; and
  • Global Markets, Durban has been renamed CIB Operations, Durban.
