Withdrawal of authority to conduct the business of an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

Authorised Dealers are referred to Exchange Control Circular No. 22/2009 dated 2009-12-15 and are advised that the appointment of Rand Bureau de Change (Pty) Limited to conduct the business of an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority has been withdrawn with immediate effect as per Government Notice No. 1283 published in Government Gazette No. 39557 of 2015-12-23.

The name of Rand Bureau de Change (Pty) Limited is deleted from Section A.2(B) of the Exchange Control Rulings as a category one Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority.

The relevant Government Notice and replacement page of the Exchange Control Rulings incorporating the amendment are attached hereto.
