Amendments to the Exchange Control Rulings

Authorised Dealers are advised that Standard Chartered Bank – Johannesburg Branch has been appointed as an Authorised Bank. They have furthermore, been appointed a Central Securities Depository Participant in respect of the electronic settlement and custody services provided by STRATE under Exchange Control Regulation 14.

Replacement pages of the Exchange Control Rulings incorporating the relevant amendment are attached hereto.
