Withdrawal of authority to conduct the business of an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority

Authorised Dealers are referred to Exchange Control Circular No. 08/2013 dated 2013-03-06 and are advised that the appointment of Ayoba Foreign Exchange (Pty) Limited to conduct the business of an Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority has been withdrawn with immediate effect as per Government Notice No. 413 published in Government Gazette No. 39910 of 2016-04-08.

The name of Ayoba Foreign Exchange (Pty) Limited is deleted from Section A.2(B) of the Exchange Control Rulings as a category one Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange with limited authority.

The relevant Government Notice and replacement page of the Exchange Control Rulings incorporating the amendment are attached hereto.
