Amendment of Exchange Control Regulation 10

Authorised Dealers are advised that Regulation 10 of the Exchange Control Regulations has been amended by the addition of a new sub-regulation (4).

Accordingly, the attention of Authorised Dealers is drawn to Government Notice No. R.445 published in Government Gazette No. 35430 of 2012-06-08, a copy of which is attached for ease of reference.

This new sub-regulation is effective from 2012-06-08.
