Appointment of Grindrod Bank Limited as a Restricted Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange

Grindrod Bank Limited has been appointed as a Restricted Authorised Dealer in foreign exchange.

The name of Grindrod Bank Limited will be added to sections A.2(A) and A.2(B) of the Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers in foreign exchange with limited authority and Currency and Exchanges Manual for Authorised Dealers (Manuals), respectively, as well as in the guideline documents for business entities and individuals (guideline documents).

The relevant Government Notice is attached hereto and the above-mentioned Manuals and guideline documents may be accessed on the South African Reserve Bank’s website, www.resbank.co.za, by following the path: Home > What we do > Financial Surveillance > Financial Surveillance documents.
